Brighton Music Conference 2018 dates revealed

Brighton Music Conference, aka BMC, will be returning in spring 2018. The UK’s only electronic music conference is set to take place at the Brighton Dome between 25th and 28th April.

Super early tickets are on sale and priced at Academy £16.60 and professional passes are £75.90. The BMC 2018 will include 14 panels, 14 workshops, panels and seminars. The Toolroom Academy will also feature five production workshops and talks.

So far the Brighton Music Conference sponsors and partners include Association For Electronic Music, Beatport, Believe Distribution, BPI, DJ Mag, Data Transmission, Element 5, Evolution Dome, Focusrite Novation, Horus Music, Last Night A DJ Saved My Life Foundation, Mixcloud, The Arch, Native Instruments, PRS for Music, Sharpe stream, Skiddle, Toolroom, and Visit Brighton, with educational partners ACM and BIMM.

The conference reported significant growth in 2017 and is looking to increase it for its fifth instalment. Speakers from brands and organisations at BMC17 included AFEM, Beatport, PRS for Music, PPL, Ministry of Sound, Sony, Label Worx, Live Nation, Mixcloud, Mixmag, Defected, NTIA, Toolroom, Hospital Records, MMF, DJ Mag, AEI Group, DJ Monitor, UKF, Drum & Bass Arena, Loopmasters, Napster, Brapp TV, PIAS, Loopmasters, Sub Club, Clintons, Crown Management, Roland, Anjunabeats, Audiolock, Serato, BIMM, Wunderground, UK Diversity Task Force.

Artists included Paul Hartnoll (Orbital), Mark Knight, Friction, Danny Howard (Radio 1), Patrick Topping, Barry Ashworth, Foreign Beggars, LEVELZ, Prok & Fitch, Sam Divine, Josh Butler, My Nu Leng, Just Her, Coldcut and more.

Brighton Music Conference 2018 will take place between 25th and 28th April 2018.
