An average audience of 6.69 million viewers watched the final of Dancing On Ice last night.

The eighth series concluded with Olympic champion Beth Tweddle winning the skating crown, in a final that saw Matt Lapinskas and Luke Campbell both competing to be crowned the winner.

Beth and her partner Dan Whiston performed a stunning version of the famous Bolero, and after being the early favourite to win the show, she said that she was “speechless” after being told of her victory.

Congratulations to Beth and Dan.
