Oliver (Stephen Amell) had to fool the FBI and the public on the latest episode of Arrow.
A photo of Oliver as Green Arrow was released to the media and Team Arrow worked overtime to mislead everyone into thinking it wasn’t true. Oliver believed the person who leaked the photo was Anatoly (David Nykl) who arrived in Star City and kidnapped a group of Markovian delegates.

Demanding a ransom from Oliver, Anatoly went to great lengths to show how serious he was and he killed one of his hostages. Before disappearing he told Oliver he was not behind the photo leak.
Meanwhile Curtis (Echo Kellum) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) made the photo look fake, discrediting it. They also decided to go into business with one another.
Elsewhere Dinah (Juliana Harkavy) confronted Diggle (David Ramsey) about his injury and got him to agree to tell Oliver. That all came to a halt when Oliver asked him to take over as Green Arrow.
The next episode of the season is Next of Kin. A rogue black ops team gets its hands on something lethal when it breaks into Kord Industries. Oliver reaches out to an unexpected source for help.
